ABOUT OUR CLASSES
Students of all ages learn a wide variety of strategies and techniques from the most effective martial arts styles from around the world, including blocks, kicks, hand, knee and elbow strikes, clinching, kickboxing and pad work, take-downs, grappling and ground defense, as well as traditional martial arts forms and basics. You can also tailor your training if you’re interested only in the Xtreme Fitness or MMA classes.
